Please have your house evaluated for contaminants such as Radon, CO2, etc. You can get air quality monitors for each floor since levels of toxins change hour to hour. The exposed dirt floor is very problematic. Some of the events could be foundational slippage. I'm not discounting your paranormal experiences. Heed your dog's behavior of not going downstairs willingly. Saw you on Dearly Departed today.
